Horrible Culture, Absent Part-Time CEO - Anonymous employee CH Mack Employee Review

A small company that the individual teams worked well within themselves. Associates within the team I was in worked well together and collaborated with one another to reach the goals set by the manager. The manner for the QA group (Bill Harman) was excellent.

Upper management seemed to be disconnected from the activity of the teams within the organization and the problems faced by the clients.

Some good coworkers. Good coworkers were one of the few good things about working at CH Mack. Good industry. Health care IT is a growing market. Good technology. Pay and benefits were okay.

Long, long hours are a way of life. You can go months without having a weekend off. Little cooperation between departments. No one wants to take ownership of anything. Very few new sales. It's depressing to work so hard and to have no one buy your product. Very few happy customers. Ugly, dated offices. (Hello 1980's.) There is a new crisis everyday.
