Now that we’ve transitioned to the Client-centric Operating Model, we’re working to identify channels to reach people managers so they have the information they need to be successful in their roles. We ask for your patience as we work out the details, but know that communication is a priority for the company. We encourage you to listen to the Employee Roundtable, where our CEO and other leaders discuss the key happenings at CH2M. You can also listen to the quarterly earnings call, where our CEO and CFO communicate the financial results and outlook for the business. More than 100 great stories have been posted on the company intranet, the VO, since January that talk about the operating model change, great wins and exciting awards. We hope you take advantage of these resources so that you’re seeing the focus that management has on growing the business profitably.
