Pros
Working alongside some of the smartest people I know. The company hires good people (on both a professional and personal level). The benefits packages are good but trending downward (from what I hear).
Cons
The company can be a bit cheap at times. Salaries are about average. But it's the little things that make a field biologist feel jipped - like when the company gives it's employees a reduced receipt-based per diem and provides all of the company's sub-consultants get a flat cash per diem on the same job (and the subs are paid more).
