      Pros

      Was a rotational job. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Worked with a amazing crew. Definitely one of the best crews if ever worked with in the oilfield.

      Cons

      Top heavy in management and at times major favoritism went around where certain people got promoted that did not deserve it. Plus management would take any chance to stab a employee in the back to get them fired over rediculous nonsense.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
