      Pros

      Professional and competent employees have state of the art technology utllized in daily activities for clients. Engineers really try to give the client the best value in design. Procurement and construction contract administration especially strive to provide the best value for the client.

      Cons

      Both full time and contract workers seem to be quickly terminated when new projects slow down.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
