      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to work on exciting projects and move laterally across the company. I have moved across three different offices and I can say that all people were really nice to work and socialise with. Good benefits including BUPA healthcare, generous pension scheme, and many others.

      Cons

      Very disorganised graduate scheme with no clear direction and limited time/budget for it.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
