      Pros

      Looks good to have a Fortune 500 firm on your resume and the impression of the firm on outside is significantly better than what is going on inside.

      Cons

      Extremely political and bureaucratic. Senior management acts in the best interests of themselves and their bonuses rather than in shareholders interests. Company lacks overall strategy and direction. Senior management is fake with employees and the employees know it.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
