      Pros

      If you want to work somewhere that you don't have to work this is the place. The work is spread so thin, you have a lot of free time on your hands and management will tell you to slow down, don't work so fast. I consider this a con but in today's world I guess that is how it is.

      Cons

      Too many hands in the pot. One person handles a certain HR form, another person handles another. Each person does one thing and with 35,000 employees you never know who to contact. It is a huge conglomerate of overpaid management that continues to "change things for the better" when they have no idea how it really works for the regular employee.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
