      Pros

      The unique nature of the business offers a lot of interesting challenges for managing IT Infrastructure in the over two hundred offices around the globe. Management has a good attitude and staff are good people. Variety of clients with different requirements. Overall positive place to work. Opportunities to telework and a large number of locations to work from.

      Cons

      The IT culture is to buy "magic bullet" products on promises that it will solve CH2M Hill's unique challenges; which they never do. You probably aren't going to work with the latest and greatest IT technologies at CH2M, pretty much vanilla Windows Servers and telecom equipment.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
