Job - ADP Supervisor CHATS Employee Review

I cannot speak for the other location, but the management at Bradford location REALLY cares for their employees. They are so understanding and caring. The team was also great. I've never worked at a place that peaceful. Everyone communicates if problems come up and coordinate so well.

Since it's a non-profit organization, the pay is just at minimum wage. I am only hired for the summer, I dont have any benefits.

CHATS emphasizes employee mental health and has strict no-contact after-work, fun employee engagement events (i.e. paint & snacks), and exciting employee appreciation events. Co-workers are incredibly supportive and always lend a helping hand when needed. There's no such thing as a stupid question!

There really are no cons that I experienced.
