Cons
Family health coverage is extremely expensive vs only covering yourself, training is intense and you need to be a self starter, paid holidays are to a minimum meaning no bank holidays and etc as the company provides medical supplies to patients in need, no flex schedules (must work business hour set schedule), management opportunities are difficult to obtain.
