Pros
There are many great people working at CHR, the majority of them are Director level and below. They are willing to help you and provide assistance. Expect to be challenged and working on many different projects.
Cons
Very management top heavy. There are Executive VPs reporting directly to Junior VPs. There are Sr. VPs with no direct reports doing the work that was once done by lower level employees. Change is constant, there are multiple reorgs and direction changes yearly. Pay is below average at best.
