      You will learn a lot and get a lot of experience. Some managers are very good and helpful.

      Cons

      Heavy work load and not enough resources to provide sufficient care. There is also a lot of miscommunication between departments. They don't care about their staff.

      Make your own schedule Great coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay for the work they expect to get done. If you are injured on the job, don’t expect time off-none given. They will give you a desk job. Management will hound you to work extra days/nights.
