      The PTO is upfront. The benefits can be good if you are single, you pay no money but if you have a family is not worth it you pay alot.

      Cons

      they only give you kudo points for your hard work, sometimes you don't get your one percent yearly raise

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
