We understand that you felt the mentoring program wasn't truly meeting the needs of our employees. CI&T refreshed its career development program in 2013. The new program, called Conscious Development, emphasizes transparency and communication. And, they stretch from the employee to the Senior Management. Employees have a Coach to guide them through their development. This gives more visibility to the employee, as well as the organization, of every step in a employee's career. And, in turn, it creates opportunities in a clear way for employees and accelerates their growth.
