      Carrer plan is something that really works at this company. Also, the overall work climate is very good, all the people are there to help you if you need. The teams are highly skilled and there is a very good chance to learn something everyday.

      Cons

      The salary is not that good - in Brazil, where I work right now, it is bellow the market average.
