      Learn a lot and grow your skills, work on a variety of projects, nice people.

      Cons

      Project-based, so very susceptible to being cut if there are no projects in the pipeline. Company direction since NYSE listing is vague and stressful for non-managerial staff. HR was not handling special situations very well.
