Excellent professional development, with journal clubs, training courses, and regular cross-disciplinary learning opportunities. The best job I've ever had.
Cons
The leaders and talented colleagues are leaving in droves after management upheavals. Agile has been replaced with a waterfall in a dynamo, where every decision requires top-down approval but the decision changes on a daily basis. The company could be a poster child for Dilbert.
