Picky when it comes to hiring as they do not fit the culture A lot of administrative work Resistant to change A lot of decision makers Slow pace of work Little to no flexibility in working from home, leaves, sick days, etc Business model is more concerned with getting external consultants rather than benefiting & exposing internal ones.
