Pros

You can make good money but you will have to work really hard for it. You meet great people! Bonuses, health insurance, 401k. Semi annual recognitions.

Cons

Say good bye to your late night hangouts and weekends. If you have kids, this won't work. If you are a student this will work. You will have a lot of downtime to study. The worst part of this job is to encounter with a few managers that will make your life hell for the rest of your career with the company even though you moved stores and all. If you happened to have problems with this lady you can forget about growing in the company no matter how good you are. There was a lot of bullying and back stabbing. There is great managers and really bad managers. The goals are high and you have to "life" which means work 12 hr shifts to hit your goal. They over float the showroom making harder for you to take a costumer... You might have to wait 2-3 hours sometimes to take one single costumer.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
