      - Dynamic environment - Large potential for earnings in sales - Respectable leaders - Flexible hours

      - Capped, mediocre management pay - Work every/all weekends and US retail holidays (Memorial day, MLK day, etc) - Stock is heavily affected by supply chain issues - Constant barrage of justifiably pissed-off, sometimes hostile customers
