At CITY, we strive to have the best Total Rewards Program (Compensation, Benefits, Performance Bonus Programs, Recognition Programs, etc.) for all our associates and leadership possible. We appreciate your feedback and we’ll pass on to our head of Total Rewards (varvarac@city-furniture.com) to check our Compensation Programs for your Role. We’re on it! We’ll have her check the compensation for the work, the market, competition, etc. to ensure we’re properly compensating our team.
