-Very reasonable hours -Fun activities including travelling around the south of England (Windsor, Oxford and London) -Excellent Team and a very friendly boss -Paid Accommodation -Cambridge is a beautiful city

-There are sometimes some menial tasks to be completed, but that is to be expected of any job. -Weekend are taken up to do weekend trips

Within the role of Program Assistant for a Summer School there were opportunities to show initiative and creativity in running classes and activities. We were given free accommodation and meals on top of our salary.

A minimal monitoring system gave us freedom, but also meant that tasks were not always equally shared out among Program Assistants.
