Pros

- exposure to biometric security - get to work with some brilliant minds - high security and care for member privacy/data

Cons

- CEO feigns a culture of accountability. Those in her favor escape accountability while others take the flak for failures in product and engineering. - High turnover rate in senior leadership team due to toxicity of CEO and President. Senior leaders talk to their employees about how bad it is behind closed doors. - HR is invisible and fairly non-existent. HR is mostly run by a former Tech PM. - Field workers (ambassadors) treated like cattle - "Indefatigable" is the key word at CLEAR, which completely destroys any semblance of work/life balance - Products are rolled out before they're even close to ready (speed over quality) - Laughable technology in the Pods/kiosks - Concerns re racism abound within closed circles afraid of retribution for raising

Pros

CLEAR offered remote work, schedule flexibility, and good benefits. The workload was manageable at times, and some leaders were supportive and helpful when available.

Cons

The role often felt fast-paced, high-pressure, corporate, and metrics-heavy. Policies were somewhat clear but not always, and expectations were not always realistic. There were training gaps, frequent policy changes, limited growth opportunities, and not always enough time or support to do the job well. Speed often seemed to matter more than quality. Communication and organization were also challenges. Knowledge documents were difficult to locate, even with keywords that should have produced clear results, which made it harder to assist members efficiently and accurately. Some feedback from management also felt discouraging because mistakes were not always approached as coaching opportunities.
