The management is completely terrible. There are a couple knowledgable managers, but most of them are disrespectful. They will not do their job very well and will not do what they need to to make it so you can do your job. They also have no intention of teaching you anything. They only have their own interest at heart. They want people who know what they are doing, but they will not pay people what they are worth, even if the company as a whole is doing very well. If you are in the tech industry and just starting out, I would suggest that you keep looking and don't sell yourself short. Most of the people who work here are the people who can't get the good jobs so you will be surrounded by people are not top notch. My advice is you keep looking and surround yourself with more knowledgable people that will help you better yourself.
