Terrible long processes which are completely meaningless and deduct instead of add value to the company. Impossible to qualify any process no matter how ridiculous or irrelevant it is. Directors and senior manager are just focused on building small armies to increase their own self importance. Almost all have their head in the sand and seem to know little about the power generation industry and business management in general. Human Resources are unapproachable and useless, always hiding behind a process which is never writen down and circulated transparently to staff. Generally an archaic and bent company which should have died in the 20th century.
