Pros
It's good experience for getting your foot in the door, but not long-term Hybrid environment
Cons
- Low salary- unless you're a favorite or a vice-president - Too many higher level managers but not enough junior staff for the amount of work they have - Promotions are given based on who is liked, not the value of the work: Way too many chefs who couldn't boil water - Management ( VPs, account directors/supervisors) lacks skills to actually manage, support, help grow reports/junior staff. You'll mostly teach yourself how to do the job - Severely lacks diversity in the workplace, all talk, no action. Most, if all BIPOC were hired, and laid off/fired/or left around the same time. - Lacks clear direction, it's obvious when management talks in circles - CEO/founder is unserious - Culture can be cliquey at times
