Pros
If you're in the business side of things you get to learn the steel industry like no one's business. Makes you an expert in record time but if you're in technology or tertiary roles then forget it.
Cons
I wasted 2 years of my life in this company. There is absolutely no growth potential and your salary remains the same. Any bonus passes through a myriad of rules and red tape resulting in a fraction of what they promise. In terms of processes they're pretty confined and lack flexibility. Most people I know arent happy. The company has potential.
