      Good work environment,cooperative emplyees, average nature of job. Management is good.

      Cons

      Worst salary. a contractual employee under direct pay roll always remains a contractual employee. No scope for being a permanent one if you get hired on a contractual basis. rotational shift. Odd hour morning shift startibg from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

      Pros

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Cons

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
