Pros
- Good if you are willing to challenge yourself with constant workplace volatility. - Great if you like travelling to office for work.
Cons
- Constant chaos from organisational changes; charts redrawn every few months. - Be prepared for constant uncertainty, there are 0 career plans nor growth for employees because "you have to fight for it". - Below market-average salary. Management likes to promise pay raises if you "prove yourself" (Doesn't happen unless you're in their list of favourites). - Bad higher-up management that does not genuinely care about employees' needs while claiming they are big on culture. - Sudden announcement for Work From Office arrangement where employees are expected to make adjustments within days. This includes those that moved for a remote setup previously. TLDR; deceptive, demoralising and downright disrespectful practices. Stay as far as you can and don't fall for their promises
