Pros
Working remotely and stable hours
Cons
Job was okay for 3 months, but then after becoming a full time employee, there was extreme micro management. Management will describe people who are rude and belligerent and “excited and pushy,” and won’t be understanding that it’s uncomfortable and almost impossible to de-escalate and aggressive person treating you disrespectfully. If you disconnect a call for someone being rude, even if the person continuously calls and harasses other employees, management will pull you aside and call you out and make you do mandatory training without at all understanding that some people are impossible to ration with and will only become more aggressive and condescending if you do not disconnect the call. This job is great if you need something for 3 months, but there is serious burn out and obvious favoritism.
