Pros
As an Account Manager the nature of the role can be to work out of hours, but one thing for certain is that you always had the support of the senior management team. Whatever support I would need, the Operation Manager would always be there to offer a hand, whether that be 8pm in the evening, or 6:30am onsite - I honestly couldn't recommend this company enough.
Cons
Basic holiday allowance - could do with increasing it a smidge!
