Pros
Much of the pros here vanished in 2015 - Before the company used to have get togethers and lunches with all departments for people to get to know each other. Parking offsite used to give you an extra week for PTO but I don't think that's there anymore. The team I was a part of was amazing. The learning I got out of it was wonderful at the time but all of that is gone.
Cons
Very political environment and indecisive in upper level management - People will have a couple to a few job hats with minimal pay and often had hours not paid for. There's no focus on your work always being interrupted by people who won't do their job and throw work over the fence. Deadlines are unreasonable and roles are abused. There are too many selfish people in this company for it to grow and too many one off exceptions for anything to scale out.
