Very sketchy management - Sales Manager CMIT Solutions Employee Review

Management is terrible. If you dont perform as soon as you arrive, they let you go. I brought several possible customers to the table; they decided on other candidates who were also bidding for their business.. Management was there on the calls, there isnt anything I could have done different. They expect big results really fast. Beware- they have no sales guys except the CEO and manager. For a company that's been around 13 years, pretty sketchy.
