      If you have a fetish for filling out forms in order to get ANYTHING done.... this is the place for you. If you like things that take 30 mins take a week? Call now! Are you into procrastination and indecision? This is the company of your dreams. Innovation, forward thinking, flexibility, diversity, opportunities, stability, collaboration, inspirational leadership... these are not things you’ll find at CMS sorry!

      Pros

      CMS is a well-established company with a history of success and expansion. Our team in the USA is very new to the CMS org and it has been great to put down new roots with the support and enthusiasm backing us up. Utilizing in-depth quarterly assessments, the company is very involved with personal growth and goal setting.

      Cons

      Starting salary a bit under expectations, benefits slow to come through initially.
