Pros
CNA IT is a very open and supportive environment to work at. People are very collegial and professional. Company policies are very flexible, work-life balance is definitely encouraged. People who demonstrate initiative and drive are recognized and rewarded.
Cons
With IT services being streamlined, the size of IT staff has shrunk. Career advancement paths (career tracks) are not well defined. Put 2 together, getting promoted is difficult.
