Career growth is here if you seek it out. If you discuss where you want to be with management they will listen and be honest with their feedback. The brand pride is impressive. They treat you like an adult, if you are a salaried employee and have a doctors appointment, you can just go and not worry about taking formal time-off.
Cons
If you don't want to be held accountable for work performance then this isn't the company for you. They won't let you coast.
