Pros
Big company, salary pays the bills, but is not fast paced and is not challenging professionally and is good for average people who are looking for a safe place before retirement.
Cons
Rewards not by performance and promotes average folks with average professional skills but good networkers (unfortunately "brown nosing" is rewarded)
