I have been with CNH for many years. Great 401k plan. Opportunity to work in many fields and in many parts of the country.
Cons
It seems that in the past few years, the company has lost MUCH appreciation in their employees. Work load continues to increase constantly, there is no work/life balance. Most promotions are reserved for people in the right "clique" and the company thinks that giving raises is a mortal sin.
