      Legacy issues still cloud reputation in insurance industry, after much restructuring and cost reduction, most of what is left now relates to blocking and tackling.

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
