      Pros

      Hybrid work model that allows you to have flexibility in your schedule. You get a good annual bonus (depending on your department).

      Cons

      Everyone’s been there practically their entire careers, so you work with a lot of boomers. They aren’t transparent on pay. The company is very segregated. It’s a big company and they don’t do well at bringing departments and each brand together.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Cons

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
