      Zero communication of expectations, and they will use you and then get rid of you when you're no longer of use to them. They plagiarize their designs from other companies, and lie to your face.

      Potential for advancement, working for them gave me a sense of feeling important to the company.. Nice atmosphere, kind caring co workers very helpful. Great incentives! Game ticket giveaways, employee appreciation week!! A gift everyday on your desk!

      Getting through your 90 day temporary position to be hired on through the company can be longer and stressful.
