      Pros

      Company culture is supportive with some wonderful people to work with and working environment is great with modern offices in central London. There are also good opportunities for professional development.

      Cons

      Salaries may be competitive for some employees, but in my case the compensation appeared lower than market benchmarks. When I raised the topic, the company maintained that the pay level was fair and aligned with external opportunities which was not accurate.

      Strong and compassionate leadership, work life balance, positive mission that everyone is aligned to, innovative science

      Cons

      Not many - maybe just that it's in transition and moving very fast so sometimes things feel disorganized. Not a huge issue though.
