Cons
- If you are not someone that likes a fast working pace, this may not be right for you.
- For contract workers, especially UX work, they did change the skill set on the position I was in and off shored it, not sure when they will have an availability for UX work at the location again.
- If you are a contract worker, you won't get company provided parking (you either have to find free parking or pay for parking in the garage)
- As a contract worker, it's not guaranteed that you will be brought on full-time.
- Not as competitive of salary that you will be given
