Pros

Got a good opportunity to work with Product Owners and the bottlers themselves and able to understand their needs and able to translate them into workable solutions.

Cons

No clear decision on which way to execute the projects i.e Agile or Waterfall and lot of time wasted on decision making at crucial times.

Very good culture and hours were great. Team is also very understanding.

None that I can think of. The internship was great.

Pros

- Good work culture - Friendly and collaborative team environment - Got lots of opportunity to take on bigger asks - Fast working environment

Cons

- If you are not someone that likes a fast working pace, this may not be right for you. - For contract workers, especially UX work, they did change the skill set on the position I was in and off shored it, not sure when they will have an availability for UX work at the location again. - If you are a contract worker, you won't get company provided parking (you either have to find free parking or pay for parking in the garage) - As a contract worker, it's not guaranteed that you will be brought on full-time. - Not as competitive of salary that you will be given
