They want you to work 50+ hours a week without being paid by the hour. Then want you to spend time with each other outside of work and guilt trip you of you don't. Ryan punishes his employees by making them run on Saturdays at his house for not performing at a the goal you set (but the goal has to be high otherwise a guilt trip). He uses the guise of helping you get fit for making you run but it's clearly a punishment. He swears he is a people person but goes out of his way to put people down and if you share anything personal he will use it against you. Moving up in the ranks isn't less than a year. There is people who have been there over a year and not even an assistant manager. Find something better.
