Pros
Co workers are great and we all commiserate together on the lack of care that COSCO has for its employees.
Cons
No raises. No bereavement. No pay for jury duty. Bonuses if and when you get them are insulting. Salary is ridiculously low for industry. There is no room for advancement. Cost of living increase is approx. 1.78%. Middle management and supervisors are hog tied and have no real authority to assist employees under them. Employees are over worked and many departments are under staffed yet departments are told they dont need anyone else in the department. Temps make more tempting than the salary they receive once hired on. Thinking is not encouraged. Departments are pitted against eachother trying to pin blame on eachother when something does not go according to plan.
