Pros
You can learn a lot about the whole BI process from different point of views and take part in various projects.
The experience you can get is pretty wide: learn about consulting, BI development in different fields like finance, logistics, manufacture etc. also about different tech stacks: ERP systems, CRM systems, web APIs, custom solutions and so on.
The colleagues are really nice, kind and fun to be with. Most of the support comes from these relationships - built by the struggles you live through with them.
The working hours (except for pre-booked meetings) are pretty much flexible and can be discussed if the need arises.
The company is also inclusive and diverse if that means something to you.
Cons
The career opportunities are scarce at the moment and you can't really get salary raise other than having a "seniority" exam.
The overall process management is also poorly done so you will have to administer for a lot of little things.
