No internal support, let go of a lot of great long time employees (sales and support), anxiously waiting to see who gets let go of each week(am I next?), lots of turnover, terrible leadership with no direction, furloughed employees who didn’t get let go, made big cuts to everything, let go of president, weekly changes in expectations (change the way they want the same data week to week), doesn’t support customers for fundraisers/events, no more golf outings for customers/trip incentives for sales reps, commission structure is poor, runs business with old fashioned model (must wear suit and tie every day), health benefits are terrible, no customer support because everyone is gone...should I go on? Do not work here or do business with them unless they make major changes!
