Pros
Great work life balance. You know you are working for a company that is helping people when they need it the most. CEO is making some long-overdue improvements. Very financially strong company. Tons of micro cultures, and some are outstanding.
Cons
COUNTRY hasn't embraced the remote or flexible work policy as well as most companies. It claims it has a flexible work policy but many departments are still forcing you to set your in office days and request exceptions. Some managers are very flexible, sum are very hierarchy. If you interview here, make sure you ask good questions to know which environment you're getting into.
